Reflexology with a liver castor oil pack. Enjoy a castor oil pack over your liver whilst I apply reflexology to your feet to support detoxification, liver and hormone balance

Lymphatic massage with a solar plexus castor oil pack.

After applying a large castor oil pack around your solar plexus  or an area of specific need such as glands or a joint  I offer a gentle deeply draining lymphatic massage for around 60 minutes.  This will be on your front only.  Please note lymphatic massage usually last a minimum of 75 minutes.
