Settle onto my couch, breathe deeply and simply let go…Once settled I begin with lymphatic drainage to soothe the sinuses, relax the mind and release facial tension.  We continue  using essential oils followed with an Indian head type scalp massage with deep shoulder stretches to release residual tension. As if this was not enough I complete your top and toe session with a full reflexology treatment focusing on  lymphatic acupressure points.

Join me for a signature treatment  tailor maid for you.  My signature lymphatic massage is combined with my other massage disciplines to be unique, bespoke and made just for you.  I simply listen to your body and  direct the massage to enhance your specific need such as to boost your  immunity, improve circulation, help you detoxify and cleanse; balance hormones, reduce inflammation, as part of a weigh loss programme, or as an aid to manage menopause and perimenopause symptoms, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, improve ovulation and fertility, or even simply to reduce cellulite appearance. All the while my massages  help calm your nervous system, release stress and  totally relax.  I often include a naturopathic compress or poultice to support your specific issue  or  use far infrared therapy

This wonderfully nurturing  treatment brings positivity and deep healing.
To begin I offer you a guidance card/tarot reading.  I follow with an intuitive hands-on healing session. As you relax deeply I complete the session with either a foot massage or a sound/singing bowl or drumming meditation.

This treatments pure intention is to help you deeply relax, birth a new project or make an energetic shift. If you struggle with letting go, the darker months or fear new beginnings this treatment is for you.

My signature treatments are hugely popular and take around 75-90 minutes.
