Description

Reflexology works on the principle that points in the hands and feet correspond to every part of the body, (same principle as acupuncture and acupressure). By working on these “reflexes” energy pathways are cleared, aiding the body towards health. Each treatment lasts approximately 1 hour and is completed with a relaxing foot massage. Each treatment is bespoke and can support many health conditions
