My new  Nutrigenomics nutrition MOT  is for all genders and all health conditions.  It suits those of you who prefer a more functional and genetic  (nutrigenomics) approach to your wellbeing,  health and lifestyle.

Quite simply – by applying the latest genomics science it is possible to provide a preventative, proactive and personalised approach to health.

Nutrigenomics testing offers a detailed “look in” at your DNA, helping us understand your unique personal health ‘blueprint’. Small but important differences in genetic make-up (‘SNPs’) can have significant impacts on your life and health – from hormones to heart, metabolism to mental health, and much more.

My  Nutrigenomics Nutrition MOT consultation  includes:

• An initial  nutrition consultation with me (1.5 hours);  lifestyle and nutrition plan in addition to identifying which specific Nutrigenomic functional tests are required to support a personalised nutrition plan.  (1 of which will be nutrient requirements but the other 2 will be associated with your specific health requirements)
• Once the Nutrigenomic functional test results have been received we have another online or in person nutrition consultation so I can explain them and adapt your personalised lifestyle and nutrition programme to suit the results.  The adapted programme will be emailed to you together with the functional lab test results.
• Nutrigenomics is a fascinating subject which identifies your specific genetic imprint and helps you to support your health and wellbeing as best you can including
• gut health – IBS, coeliac/Chron’s/ulcerative colitis etc
• reproductive, andropause and meno-pause health conditions
• heart and cardiovascular
• thyroid health
• metabolic/insulin/blood sugar/diabetes
