 Keep Calm and Meditate

The Autumn Term of Exploring Meditation begins September 30th.  We meet monthly at The Greenwood Centre, Hampton Hill 7.30 – 8.45pm – the last Tuesday of the month. £33 for the term and there are 3 meetings.

This term will be the last in its current format – next year I shall be offering on line courses together with  half and full day meditation workshops or short courses meeting weekly. They are likely to be in Teddington.

Meditation is essentially a tool to help you find calm and solace. As a Naturopath and Nutritional Therapist I work with nature and link meditation with wellbeing and nature’s cycles.  Autumn is the time for harvesting our efforts over the year, to enjoy a period of reflection as the evenings draw in and help us identify and prepare to let go of things that no longer serve us. This term we are working on breathwork, posture, chant and visualisation.  Chants are wonderful because they offer a vibration that you can feel within the entire body and a sound to focus on.  The chants include

Over the term we will also be chanting Om Mani Padme Hum  – Deva Premal does a lovely version!
