Health Tip No 2
Appreciating that changes are often difficult to implement I have decided to offer a health tip weekly to encourage you to make simple changes in your life to support well being. Dry skin brushing was health tip number 1 and I hope you are managing to include it in your daily routine and seeing results. This week health tip number 2 is:
Drink a large mug of half a freshly squeezed lemon in boiled water to your morning routine. (prior to brushing teeth) – This helps to stimulate detoxification daily and is generally very cleansing for the body!
