Introductory short course learning the basic art of reflexology. Reflexology is said to have originated in China some 5000 years ago. It works on the principle that points in the hands and feet correspond to every part of the body (same principle as acupuncture and acupressure). By working these “reflexes” energy pathways are cleared, aiding the body towards health. Reflexology is deeply relaxing and numerous disorders seem to respond well to it. The course consists of 5 weekly 2 hour sessions which include treating your own and others feet, to book please follow this link Strodes Prospectus. The course includes
