Meditation is generally recognized as a largely spiritual practice but it also has many health benefits for mental and physical well-being. One of the best things about meditation is that it is non-competitive. It is a personal journey and only regular practice enables progression.
Meditation offers you the ability to attain “inner peace” using visualisation and breath. Regular practice develops self awareness, calms the mind, encourages deep relaxation and offers spiritual and personal development. Free Reiki is offered when possible. Newcomers are welcome.
Monthly share for Reiki practitioners. FREE. Contact me by email contact@justineevans.co.uk for more information
Venue: Hampton Hill. Cost £25 per person.
This workshop is specifically designed to support those who are at College or off to University!
Studying, independence, and a fast paced social life can lead to incorrect food choices, digestive disturbance, nutrient depletion and ill-health. I have treated students who have returned home with depression, sleep disorders, skin issues, digestive disturbances such as IBS or candida, shingles, glandular fever, rheumatoid arthiritis and massive weight gain or loss. This informative, fun and interactive workshop offers nutritional advice and helps to prepare students (and their parents) for student life!
Topics include:
The Importance of Pre-Conceptual Health
This workshop provides facts and know-how to motivate prospective parents to support sperm and ovum health. Research estimates that: 1 in 6 couples presently find it difficult to conceive and sperm count has reduced by 50%, 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage, 1 baby in 14 is malformed and 1 in 4 babies are born with learning disorders. Topics include: the support of a 4 month pre-conceptual programme and how to identify potential health hazards, sub-fertility issues and nutrient deficiencies. Screening tests are discussed together with the importance of holistic therapies, remedial dietary measures and nutriceuticals. Copies of “The Creation Programme” are provided
Teenage Health
Nutrition workshop relating to the specific needs of teenagers. Topics include: Hormones and how diet and supplements help (menstruation, PMS), supportive dietary and supplementation measures to support teenage skin, foods to help concentration, mood swings and blood sugar regulation.
