Optimum health requires a calm mind and an ability to relax. Using guided visualisation and meditation this class helps to develop techniques to support relaxation, a postive mind-set and an ability to look “within”. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow (if you need one), a small blanket or a meditation cushion. These classes are “drop-in and pay-as-you-go”.
10:00 a.m start and £50 per person per workshop. Only 6-8 participants per body workshop advance booking and pre-payment is essential. Worksheets and certification of attendance are provided. Foot Massage: Learn how to massage using Thai and Swedish massage techniques and simple reflexology. These skills support relaxation and sleep and help treat stress-related tension whilst improving nail health, skin texture and circulation.
Reflexology: Practising the techniques already taught in the foot massage workshop, reflexology techniques are shown to ease stomach aches, constipation, headaches, sinus congestion and other 'annual' health complaints.
Pre-Conception and Fertility Research estimates that: 1 in 6 couples presently find it difficult to conceive, sperm count has reduced by 50%, 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage, 1 baby in 14 is malformed and 1 in 4 babies are born with learning disorders. This workshop provides facts and know-how to motivate prospective parents to support sperm and ovum health. Topics include: the support of a 4 month pre-conceptual programme and how to identify potential health hazards, sub-fertility issues and nutrient deficiencies. Screening tests are discussed together with the importance of holistic therapies, remedial dietary measures and nutriceuticals.
Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage Massage techniques to treat family and friends. Please be prepared to work in couples and remove some clothing as we will be working with specially blended massage oils. Please bring a large towel.

Teenage Health Nutrition workshop relating to the specific needs of teenagers and the challenges they bring. Topics include: Hormones and how diet and neutriceuticals can help (includes menstruation and skin health). Mood swings and blood regulation.
