I am an experienced qualified (1997) Natural Health Practitioner based in Hampton and Twickenham.Whilst I work in "general practice" I hold a strong interest in children’s health, pre-conception, fertility issues and pregnancy including working alongside IVF programmes.

I offer a well rounded and holistic approach, believing that optimum health can only be achieved when mind, body and spirit are in balance. I consider all aspects of mind and body including past health, nutrition, food sensitivities, lifestyle and organ health before devising a treatment/programme to suit your needs, combining my disciplines in Health Screening, Diet and Nutrition, Holistic Therapeutic and Lymphatic Massage ("MLD"), Reflexology, Reiki/Seichem Healing to identify and support good health.

In addition I offer one-day, small Workshops in body treatments, such as basic reflexology and Indian head massage and regularly offer evening "Nutrition Natters" on a variety of topical issues. Workshops and Talks are held at The Maple Leaf Clinic, Twickenham. I also offer "Treatment Parties" and "Corporate" on-site support.
